Pros
I was hired during Covid. All interviews were remote but I felt like I was able to get to know the company well and vice versa. Onboarding was smooth. HR team was in constant touch with me after I had accepted my offer. They were prompt and responsive in getting all my equipment to me in a timely manner which helped me get up and running on day one. I have been here 2 months and really excited about the leadership team, the product and the problem we are solving in the marketplace. The leadership team is extremely supportive and understands family needs during Covid. If you want hop on a rocket ship, this is it, but it is hard work. :-)
Cons
It's definitely a start up. You need to be resourceful to find an answer. Not being able to meet employees in person during the interviews was tough.
