There are many pros to working for Aisera.
-The autonomy to create your own work schedule
-The ability to interact with C-level on a daily basis
-You are able to voice your opinions on how you'd like to change things up and create a better workflow.
-The team members are always willing and able to help answer any questions you may have.
Cons
- The communication between departments can be lacking
-There are things that get thrown onto your plate last minute that are expected to be done immediately with no forewarning. (not necessarily a con but can be stressful)

Good product and investors, but lost out on time to market in the fast growing AI Automation platform product.

Leadership issues in the company which caused the company lag behind competitors and eventually lost the market leader position.
