Pros
There really aren't any unless you have been unemployed for months and need some cash. This place is brutal.
Cons
This presser cooker is unreal. Meetings that start at 11:30PM and last only 10 minutes, and when you say I was asleep already "where is your level of dedication?" is what you will face in the morning. Called in on a Sunday and the expectation was to get your entire global team online and testing because the QA team can't do their job, so you must ruin your team's weekend to make up for it. The CEO is a child that will yell (in full voice) at a room of folks, end his soliloquy with something he finds humorous, and wonder why no one is laughing. He is a bully and should not be allowed to speak to people. If you are still reading this, and are still thinking about joining this sinking ship, the technology doesn't work, they are losing customers right and left. Their blueprint for success is to throw bodies (not technology) at the problems - that is why they are looking for you to join. Please save yourself the heartburn and aggravation and keep looking. Here is a little trick for you, when interviewing with anyone that will be your peer, ask them how long they have been there. No one there has been there long enough to get to the initial cliff for stock options, everyone either quits because of the stress or is fired if they get dangerously close to their first anniversary.
