      None to speak of…horrible culture and CEO will definitely make this potentially viable company fail!

      Cons

      Worst culture I have ever worked at. Constant harassment and zero recognition for the employees that work 24/7 to make up for the lack of leadership especially at the top. Zero mentoring and meaningless tasks that don’t move the needle. Teams asked to always work weekends and late evening for no consideration of family life. Burn out atmosphere that is very toxic. CEO has to go for any hope of building a successful company that could potentially go IPO.

      Aisera is an amazing place to work, offering a vast AI/ML features and the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team. The team is focused on solving problem statements fundamentally and encourages performing research, broadening their skill set, and publishing research papers as well.

      Good product and investors, but lost out on time to market in the fast growing AI Automation platform product.

      Leadership issues in the company which caused the company lag behind competitors and eventually lost the market leader position.
