Pros
It's AI product capabilities and potential combined with the addressable market was a great recipe for endless success.
Cons
Unfortunately, that recipe also called for blood, sweat, and tears only to deliver a disappointing product, customer experience, and and employee experience. My compliments to the Chefs who decided to create a work culture so toxic that the average tenure of employees I was exposed to when I was there was 6-8 months. - CEO and other sales "bosses" there are dictators and micro-managers to the point that they'd hijack deals then run them into the ground - CEO lied to and disrespected customers as much as he did the employees (hence why deals were run into the ground) - They made new employees complete positive Glassdoor reviews to manipulate the ratings - Trying to get deserved commissions was like pulling teeth - They fired great employees prior to their bonus/commission date to save a buck - They got customers who signed off on Aisera fired when Aisera couldn't deliver - Work/Life Balance didn't exist and the CEO even made a joke about it - Overtime without pay wasn't just expected, but the norm whether it was after normal business hours (like past midnight) or even weekends - Zero responsibility and accountability of the CEO when he made mistakes (which happened daily) - Everyone used to describe the CEO throwing temper tantrums like a child and to treat him that way - No value and appreciation of the sales team, as if the CEO just hated sales people
