Pros
1) Many opportunities to learn things (depending on your position. For some there are chances, for others there are only important customers) 2) If you want to be engaged in conversations you can be and you will learn things
Cons
Contradictory to the above, there is also a negative side for each bullet point : 1) If you are not in the correct position or not pursue knowledge by yourself, you will not learn many things. This is something that needs to be done by leadership, roadmap for knowledge and career growth and mentorship, and to my knowledge this cannot happen the way Aisera is structured and operates. It is also really difficult to, again to my knowledge, to get leadership/management roles even if you have the skills, except if you are ofc destined for it from the beginning. 2) Even if you are engaged in conversations, most decisions will be taken by higher ups and they are SO difficult to change their minds even though they are incorrect 100%. This means that to make an impact and to steer the decisions to the correct path you need to really really fight for it and it is exhausting 3) Bad work life balance
