Toxic leadership, constant shifting of priorities, and a culture where honest feedback is not welcomed. The company reports inflated metrics like claiming 100% customer retention when actual retention is much lower, which erodes trust and credibility internally and externally. Morale is low, and the best people often end up leaving—or are forced out.
