Pros
1. Balance b/w personal life and job. 2. Good for sort period of time. 3. Good organization for employee, who can give resign time to time and able to blackmail. 4. Good for employee, who wan to constant salary package.
Cons
1. Company having hire and fire policy. 2. No transparency in employee review. Management only making fool to employee. 3. Your manager can take part of your salary review. 4. Management are bloody cheater. 5. It's 20 year old organization and still feeling difficulty for survival. Still there initial position. 6. management making joke on the name of employee satisfaction and here no employee satisfaction. 7. Top level management is dumb.
