I would have to agree with another reviewer - CEO is the weakest link in company leadership. He is not well organized, does not have a good staffing plan and is not good with planning in general. He comes across as arrogant and condescending.
Turnover rate is pretty high. Company hires a number of people for various roles, including management. Sometimes after months of trying to fill a position and finding the right people they get hired, only to be laid off a few months later. This happened recently to 1 VP and 2 Directors. I'm not even talking about executive assistants, I think there has been like 6+ of them in the last few months, they tend to stay under a month each.
New office space on Broadway is on the small side, there is a lack of conference rooms and restroom facilities. If you are a male - be ready to stand in line to use the toilet on a regular basis.
Transparency is lacking, until very recently there was not even a company org chart published. So if you are a research scientist - this may be a good place to work, but for supporting roles, especially management - I would recommend avoiding this company.
