Some really smart people have worked there over the years.

Cons

CEO is narcissistic and changes strategy hourly. You make one mistake (according to his standard only), and you are 'marked' and shortly gone. There is a reason the company is a 20+ year "start up". Anyone wanting to go there or invest should ask about employee turnover and ask for a demo of their technology. Get facts before making your decision.

Pros

Amazing people, invest in their employees, amazing benefits, unlimited PTO, good work life balance. A lot of negative reviews about the CEO but I believe he is misunderstood and has given everything to this company - lives and breathes it. The company has been here before AI was even a recognized in the industry, and they have had to pivot throughout their time a lot to fit the ever changing environment/market of AI. It is amazing technology with some of the smartest minds in the industry. Met a lot of great people throughout my time here. You will learn a lot about the industry, and since it is a smaller company, have a lot of opportunity to work with higher-ups both internally and externally, which is great exposure if you are young in your career.

Cons

Other people may have strong opinions, but I do not have any cons and left just to gain further experience in a new type of market.
