I didn't see any pro's whatsoever unless you like minimal pay and many hours

Cons

They act like welcome to the Ajinomoto family but I wouldn't treat my worst enemy the way they treat their labor force.

Small town company being taken over by the parent company. A lot of the benefits that kept employees have been put on the chopping block.
