Production Technician - Production Technician Ajinomoto Employee Review

We recently had an expansion onto production which involved an event with upper management and CEO'S with a lunchin, speeches,etc. An email was sent out to all personnel that day saying that "if you are not properly dressed for this event and or dirty, do not attend". Many of us in production who actually make the money/product at this company who also work 12 hour swing shifts were "pissed" to put it nicely. Not the first time weve dealt with this. Managers have been heard saying to employees "technicians are a dime a dozen if you dont want to work here well easily find someone else."
