Gossip heavy work environment. Misconduct throughout leadership and mid-level management in Chicago office. Toxic mid-level management and leadership. They gaslight you through corporate tactics to believe that everyone likes each other, but in reality the poor financial performance year after year creates enormous pressure to perform to unusually high standards while mid-level managers/directors do not even show up to work and put on a facade to the outside. Everyone is in it for themselves and they play dirty. Particularly director level and VPs. They are asking employees to write positive reviews.
