Pros
Short working hours and office locations environment is nice.
Cons
Working with Ajinomoto Singapore was my worst and the most terrible nightmare career ever. Office have many retirees and the workload and problems are very heavy totally cannot be measure. One problem settle another come will come in. Need to have an extremely strong problem solving skills for a normal position. Managers will only see at their side and expect you to solve it everything by yourself and push the blame for making such mistakes and never refer back and check than gossip behind. Workload is so heavy and problematic environment yet they thinks we are very free. Talk to them nicely on the workload if can be adjusted but yet no action taken. Need to suck thumb and face it alone. If you choose this career you will definitely regret for making a wrong move. Many office politics will happen and if 1 person mouth were to talk, u will need to be prepared the whole office will know about the issues. Also job schedule was always planned in advance but always factory will delay everything which causes work disruptions very badly. When late or cancellation incurred, the management will request you for a detailed explanation from you and push the blame on you for the careless. This is the most horrible toxic Japanese culture.
