Business Outlook
Pros
Many highly dedicated professionals, especially in the technical areas. Lots of good people wanting to do excellent work and going beyond the norm to contribute to the success of the company.
Cons
Talent Acquisition is one of the worst I've ever seen... slow and inconsistent communication. Too many people stay too long... few want to "rock the boat" because they are more concerned about keeping their jobs/retirement, rather than make significant improvement. Overly political at times (but not too frequent). Executives do not appear to give much focus on areas of significant problems... simply trying to get to the next Billion $$ in revenue.
