      Fast paced, global, absolutely cutting edge technology. Company is growing like crazy.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is impossible. Impossible to say "no"; expectation is to just keep layering more work on with no end in site. Immature executives in the VP level, everyone escalates right to the top.
