Work-Life balance, work culture, free food and snacks, lots of team outings, decent pay package.
Cons
Lots of clashes happening over the right solution for any given problem scenario, which sometimes feels like autocracy of few people who wants to do things certain way and you have to end up implementing things that way. Unless you have good arguing and convincing powers, you might end up doing things and implementing stuffs the way in which the other person wants it.
