You will be treated like a slave, no right to voice your opinion or have employee rights. Management cares about running reports only. Lack of respect and assistance. What you sign on the contract will not be what you will be doing. The company cares only about revenue. Poor internal knowledge base and tools. HR are not professional at all and don't know what they are doing. They will not help you but instead will try to get rid of you. Very poor culture which will make you feel worthless. The com attracts people with the salaries they offer and bonus as well as promises which will vanish once you start working with them.
