      Being able to work fully remote.

      Cons

      Way different experiences in different departments/parts of the company. Terrible office location for Krakow. Stock performance is not good so stock options are not very advantageous in the long run.

      Cons

      Akamai is still learning to grow into the enterprise-level organization it strives to be. There are no major cons to share in effort to discourage someone from applying, but like most jobs, few are perfect.
