      Great culture and wlb. They really work hard to keep their high best place to work ratings because of which lot of employee friendly initiatives

      Cons

      Long term strategy and outlook for the business in question. A quick look at their stock prices will reflect this. They are in a make or break state in the business because of which many roles are closed overnight. Also lot of silent firing happening
