Pros

Work from home, some big company perks like RSUs

Cons

Entire org is very reactive so Marketing is following that as a strategy as well. Leadership seems extremely nervous about revenue and strategic direction, jumping and changing course whenever Cloudflare does something. CEO doesnt seem to listen to his team and just tells people what to do, stock is stagnant and morale is terrible. In Marketing the Leadership is out of touch with reality or burying their heads in the sand. Lack of clear direction and what teams actually do and how they work together. If anyone voices a concern or shows a problem they're labeled a trouble maker and exiled. A culture of favoritism and bullying has now emerged with leaders and HR protecting middle managers who are openly bullying staff members and are not producing actual results. People are scared to speak up for fear of retaliation as HR is not a trusted resource and just assist in management cover ups of issues.

Pros

Genuinely collaborative culture with talented, supportive colleagues across sales, marketing, and technical teams. * Strong work-life balance and flexibility compared to many companies in the cybersecurity industry. * Meaningful products and technology with a strong reputation in the market. * Employees are trusted to own their work without excessive micromanagement. * Good benefits and a people-first culture that generally prioritizes employee well-being.

Cons

As a large organization, decision-making can sometimes be slow and require alignment across multiple stakeholders. * Organizational changes and shifting priorities occasionally create uncertainty. * Cross-functional processes can be complex, which can impact speed of execution.
