Remote work and decent pay. That's it.

Cons

Constant cutting of important corners, promises to do better by the C-Suite that are immediately shot down by the decisions made in their meetings. Constantly understaffed, expect to take on a role or 2 additionally when colleagues quit.

Pros

Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

Cons

It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
