Pros

- Small company so you aren't just another face in the crowd. - Enthusiastic leaders. - I consider Akima/Tuvli as a "Disruptor" in the GovCon world. - Sense of purpose and impact; Your work directly impacts the Shareholders.

Cons

As with most GovCons, there isn't much room for advancement unless you move to DC. Other than that, its a great company.

Pros

Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

Cons

No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
