      Pros

      Fair compensation, some good capabilities, good work culture if you are selling.

      Cons

      Not a lot of capabilities/past performance to allow for wins in areas where they want to grow. Once they graduate from a company from 8(a) status they are tough to sell for.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
