      They are only concerned about being awarded contracts. They do not protect employees from hostile work conditions; in fact they will terminate the harassed employee and renew the contract of the offender

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
