      Pros

      Company continues to grow in a tough environment. Quality of managers and above has been upgraded significantly over the last few years. Maturing quickly. Good rapid growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Marketplace has been difficult and have won some contracts at lower rates. Requires a new breed of project manager in order to be successful and keep the client happy. Company believes client satisfaction trumps financials, but still can be challenging.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
