      Pros

      -smaller defense contractor, more personable leadership -site managers are given the freedom to make decisions and enact changes -employees are empowered to innovate for military client and contribute to the mission -above average pay and solid benefits

      Cons

      -defense contracting, in general, can be fickle. This is consistent for any company providing services in this space

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
