      Wonderful co-workers that made coming to work easier each day. Helping young children and young families realize their potential.

      Cons

      Poor upper management decisions, lack of support for employees dealing with trying situations every day in the classroom. No help for children with severe behavioral issues, including help for the children/family, as well as for the teachers and other students in the classroom.

      Love helping others meet Community Needs. I am very enthused when it comes to setting goals, and deadlines and achieving those team goals to serve our local community in the Summit County Areas.
