A very rare case, when company cares about employees in terms of their professional and personal growth—and that's part of my responsibility. This leads to number of professionals growing from day to day, making Akvelon a very comfortable place to work, since teams get more autonomous and require less attention, freeing time for long-running improvements. In the past few months we have doubled number of people in the office. So finding out leaders among existing employees has become one more task to solve and one more area of improvement for employees.
