Pros
Small team that works very closely together, a lot of support available when needed. Working closely with business owners on a daily basis makes for an opportunity to be heard/seen. When you suggest changes to management, they typically will put in effect immediately. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. A lot of opportunity for growth and they promote from within. Great benefits including healthcare, pto, sick days, holiday, vacation, 401K and sometimes random bonus for certain placements.
Cons
You have to have somewhat of thick skin as there are some strong personalities and different cultured backgrounds. Sometimes there can be a communication barrier but overall we are family and have a good synergy.
