I recently surpassed my one year anniversary working with Worley Catastrophe Response and I can honestly say I feel extremely fortunate to be part of such a wonderful company. I entered the industry with a background in finance, so needless to say I had a lot to learn. An incredible work environment and the unwavering management support helped me build the foundation I needed to expand my skill set and become a successful adjuster. As a firm, Worley is consistently encouraging and challenging adjusters to develop professionally through continuing education and various industry certifications. Hard work, dedication and loyalty are recognized and rewarded. The insurance industry is constantly evolving and Worley is dedicated to exploring, pursuing, and securing new lines of business to keep their adjusters working.
