Pros
Good pay (Not great for the industry, though), tons of hours, and some enjoyable coworkers.
Cons
Lots of instances of miscommunication between leadership and employees. Uncertainty regarding length of assignment… Some assignments last months, others years, I’ve never been directly told how long an assignment would last. Lots of inconsistencies with fellow coworkers - some seem to know what they’re doing, some do not (Many more people than one would assume). Some adjusters work for multiple firms while they’re on assignment with Alacrity too… I’m sure this happens all over the industry, but it really really sucks for those trying to give their all instead of 30% effort at 3 different places. Management knows this. Unfortunately they don’t seem to care, and that says a lot.
