Great company culture! It starts from the top down. The CEO is genuinely concerned about each employee, not only his senior leadership/management team. This is a public managed care health plan, so the salaries are average at best, but what makes up for the difference in pay is the great people that work here and the mission of this organization, "to improve the quality of life for our members". If that is what you are looking for, Alameda Alliance for Health is for you!
