Cons
From my experience working here so far there are very little cons but if I'm being notpicky here is the list. 1) Not all apprenticeships within the company are ran the same way some are a lot more structured and organized than others so you might be either pleasently supprised or disapointed by how prepared they are to train and teach you as well as the projects they have instored for you. 2) Be prepared to be a self starter and ask questions, people are very busy here and if you do not reach out and ask questions or seek out information for yourself you will not do well. 3) Though as I've previously stated in my last point communication is key, people here again are very busy so be patient as there might be longer delays than expected in response time and you may have to remind people to get back to you 4) Due to the rapid growth in the company there is never a lack of work to do so if you reach out and ask for work expect to be very busy 5) If you lack experience you might be intimidated by some of the technology you will be using as some of them have a learning curve, personally ServiceNow was one of them 6) This isn't really a con it's just a matter of personal preference but the company in heading back towards being an in office environment so even though employees are currentlyt working under a hybrid work environmetn expect to be back in office full time in the near future
