- Individual team culture can be great - Areas for growth and opportunities to absorb a lot of information - Great onboarding experience that helps bring you up to speed on the org - IT department is always friendly and willing to help - Diversity with types of work due to all the different offerings the company has
Cons
- Teams/departments lack the ability to replicate process, there is poor organization, and efficiency is very low (too many stakeholders, confusion around who needs to be involved in what projects) - A lot of restructuring and layoffs leading to overall decreased moral and certainty - Easy to reach a state of burnout - Requires in-office 3 days a week as a mandatory and is not flexible for individual and team wants/needs (this is micromanaged at the highest level in the org) - The org/leaders don't face critical problems head-on with clear communication - Silos between teams and departments lead to lack of role clarity
