Pros

Flight Benefits, 401k Matching, Stock discount, the other flight attendants you work with make or break your trip!

Cons

- not paid for all time worked - no mental health days -New Upper management is not proactive. calling them reactive is even a stretch - new management has made its front line employees feel like “just a number”. we used to be a family and take care of each other -new management is maxing out our flying with minimum rest. not healthy for body or mind - lower pay in comparison to other airlines -Short Staffing for the last year + makes work life balance extremely difficult and should have been taken care of long ago m - increasingly difficult and aggressive passengers - contract is more benificial to company than employees and the union is weak

Pros

Good work environment and culture. Leadership is strong.

Cons

Terrible compensation practice. Outdated approach, especially with corporate back office roles. Leaders have zero say in salaries. The compensation team has an outdated approach to pay and are not open to stay with the current market trends and challenging to partner with. There needs to be a willingness to change and align with the local job market. There needs to be an openness to listen to leaders' input. Its hard to hire and hard to attract retain good employees when we are competing with local employers in the Seattle area that offer better pay. It is very challenging to work with a compensation leader and team that do not listen.
