      Pros

      Fully remote. Bottom-up and engineering-lead initiatives encouraged. Blameless culture. Few unproductive meetings. Overtime not expected at senior level and below. Surprisingly strong engineering. Fun problems.

      Cons

      Could use more high-level, cross-product engineering ownership. Jump desks could be better maintained for times I'd like to go into the office. Some money-saving tooling decisions are questionable.

      The schedule can be unpredictable, with long duty days, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays away from family. The job can also be physically demanding, and dealing with difficult passengers can be stressful.
