Pros
Lots of nice people to work with. Always growing and expanding. Good place for learning opportunity about heathcare.
Cons
Be prepared for high turnover rate. Benefits are expensive. No real work from home, you need permission from upper management and 48 hours notice. On-call is required for most and you do not get compensated appropriately. No respect for their employees as you are always replaceable. Sick time policy is absurd and needs review. HR department is a joke.
