Meh - Lab Tech Albany Medical Center Employee Review

Poor managerial skills, pay and annual raises. Upper and lower management are out of touch with how things actually work. They make decisions and expect you to figure out how to do what they want. They don't listen to their employees. You don't get rewarded for your experience, you get asked to do more and more without a pay increase but they have no problem giving more money to new employees to retain them. There's no potential to advance in your current position. I can't wait to leave this place it's a horrible environment.
