Pros
Good company to work for, good people and classier customers than some of the other stores out there. People that I work with are nice people and are typically more intelligent than others
Cons
Employee discount could be better and management doesn't listen to employees. Also seems very difficult to get rid of people who do not work well. They only fire people if they steal
