Pros
If you want to move up in the company, Albertsons makes it extremely easy as long as you're a hard worker. You make good/decent money for the 40 hour work week required. You will also be apart of a union with great benefits including health insure for only $7 a week. This is unheard of nowadays.
Cons
The fellow management is really the only con. Most are ungrateful and whine a lot about their job and the amount of hours they put in. For the most part, they only work 40 like you because upper management doesnt want to pay overtime.
