Pros
It's a company in the tri-valley. So, commute is easy if you are nearby. Very few full timers around here so it's easy to get recognition in lieu of work accomplishments.
Cons
Salary is very less compared to industry standards. Also, business seems very much alienated from data team hence there is lot of disconnect between the requirements and final outcome. Teams need to work together and validate the final results for a smooth operation. That doesn't happen a lot.
