The only pro is your coworkers because you'll need them to make it through the day. Of course, in such a toxic environment, you need to be careful because those same people will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. There are no pros to working for this company. Stay away until the current executive team is gone.
Cons
Unfortunately Alcami is afflicted with a disconnected "leadership" team. They rule with fear and intimidation because they are clueless as to how to run a CDMO. The new name is just that, a name. There is no culture, no company pride. Don't let the HR department fool you. The four glowing reviews below this are fake and placed by them to better their rating on this site. Look at the dates. Three positive reviews in two days? Rest assured that there are not three people who each decided to post these wonderful canned reviews at almost the same exact time. There has been a mass exodus of veteran talent stampeding out the door because the company is unstable. Do your homework and ask questions before considering a job here.
