Pros
This company is the most forgiving company I have ever worked for, however that comes with a very high price and a permanent bull's eye on your back when it comes to promotions, respect, etc. However, as a start in the industry it is a pro, but the culture and dynamics of the company will not retain the talents they wish to retain.
Cons
In my opinion, this company lacks diversity, communication, professionalism, and most of the managers should not be holding their positions. There's no managerial training to assist them with their lack of skills (soft and hard skills), so it often goes unattended and employees are intimidated by them and will not speak up. Their dubious task of changing culture will remain futile until they identify the real issues, and unfortunately these issues stem from some of the long time employees that are very resistant to change and their loyalty is their entitlement to do whatever the heck they choose to do.
