Pros
The job was relatively low stress with flexible hours. Coworkers were all very helpful when I first started, especially since this was my first job.
Cons
The end of the month rush to meet revenue goals is stressful and not always well executed. This job becomes routine and mundane very quickly as you run the same experiments over and over. The salary is not very competitive and there is little room for advancement.
