They are an expanding company so they will be hiring more in the future. Pay is competitive.
Cons
Management loves to congraduate each other on a job well done while placing the pressure on everyone below them. Expect minimal training and then asked why you haven't mastered your tasks. Company is not invested in employees, just covering up mistakes as they occur and barely reaching goals. Everyone loves to talk about themselves and expect them to chat your ears off, often not very engaging or care about you at all. Plans will be made to "help you transition into your role" but never executed. Don't expect them to keep their word.
