It's hard to know even where to start. The executive team at this company care about no one. Their inexperience with running a company shows in their lack of leadership skills. They consistently put others down in attempt to make themselves look better. No one trusts them. Performance reviews are fabricated. The discrimination is blatently obvious. If you are interested in applying for any poistion at this company, do your research! Ask about turn over. Contact outside recruiters (since they recently terminated the entire internal recruitment team) and ask about their history with this company and whether they would place anyone here.
