Pros
There are no reasons to work here. We are all leaving so you can have my job and everyone else's too . That's what happens when people leave. We all take over doing their work too and the company adds the extra money to their bottom line.
Cons
Long hours Pay is under going rate at all positions Management does not like you and does not want to hear you. Tiny raises Promotions are title only Under staffed, WAY under Over worked, Way over Degraded incompetence rewarded Competence makes others feel threatened
