The one star reviews are legit. The company is run like a fraternity house. There's definitely inappropriate behavior from leaders in the company. This same poor behavior is leading to high turnover of employees. Town halls were not effective in presentation and delivery. People merely go with the flow and attend. Too many meetings, too much wasted time. What could be summarized quickly, turns into long winded communications. For the most part, people do not believe in the Alcami leaders.
