Worse place ever - Anonymous employee Alcami Employee Review

Cold, dank environment. Very unfriendly place no matter how hard you try to stay positive. Depts. do not communicate with each other. Mgmt shows no appreciation even when you work efficiently. Must be perfect. Bonuses and raises were promised, then pulled from under you if you are not. Don't waste your time interviewing.
